Purpose

Internships at QPG are intended to develop analytical ability, communication, and structured execution through real projects connected to research, internal systems, and operating work.

The objective is to give participants exposure to how ideas are researched, tested, documented, and translated into disciplined action.

Areas of Work

• Quantitative research support and structured hypothesis development
• Fundamental and domain-driven research in healthcare and related sectors
• Backtesting, data organization, and analytical workflows
• Documentation, memo writing, and presentation development
• Internal tooling and operating system support tied to active workstreams

Structure

Internship work is expected to be structured, time-bound, and deliverable-based. Participants may be asked to contribute to research memos, analytical outputs, internal systems, or final presentations depending on the project.

Work is designed to reward clarity of thinking, consistency of execution, and the ability to improve a project through repeated iteration.

What QPG Looks For

QPG values curiosity, discipline, clear reasoning, and the ability to work through ambiguity without losing structure. Strong written communication, sound judgment, and follow-through matter as much as technical skill.

Internship opportunities are selective and may vary by season, project scope, and platform needs. Availability is not guaranteed on a rolling basis.

At this stage, internships should be understood as targeted developmental opportunities within a growing research and operating environment rather than part of a scaled hiring program.
