Each workstream serves a distinct role. Consulting contributes operating cash flow. Applied AI Systems supports internal tools, workflows, and decision-support infrastructure. Real Estate Operations provides asset-backed operating activity. AiQuant Research serves as the firm’s long-term quantamental research effort.
How the Workstreams Reinforce One Another
QPG is structured so that operating cash flow can support research and internal infrastructure, while research and systems-building strengthen discipline across the broader firm. This creates a more grounded path to long-term development than reliance on image, outside capital, or premature expansion.
